About the client

We have established successful long-term cooperation with SIA “Dayton”, helping to fill management-level vacancies. The company is part of the large Finnish Dayton Group, which employs more than 300 people, has a turnover of EUR 55 million, and is represented in all Baltic countries, providing customers with maintenance, service, and sales of commercial equipment.
Goal
It is important for the company to attract new customers and improve cooperation with existing customers, given that competition in the provision of equipment and services is becoming increasingly fierce, the goal was to attract a sales project manager in an open competition. The main priorities for the position were experience in B2B technical sales project management, excellent communication skills, and education in food technology or business management.
About the recruitment process
The main channels for attracting candidates were internal and external candidate databases, referrals, conferences and seminars. A total of 108 candidates were evaluated during the competition, of which the client accepted 9 candidates for evaluation. The personnel recruitment project was completed in 48 days.
