About the client

Our client SIA “Heise marketing” (Latvijas tālrunis) approached us with a question about selecting candidates for the position of recruitment specialist. The company has more than 30 years of experience in providing digital marketing services to companies in various industries. In 2024, it employed more than 40 qualified employees and had a turnover of EUR 3.75 million.

Goal

The goal of the company was to find a candidate with a set of skills and experience that would help the company organize its document management processes, implement an onboarding system, address and identify new talent both within and outside the company, ensure effective internal communication between departments, and resolve operational issues.

About the recruitment process

The recruitment project was completed in 23 days, which is 27 days faster than the average time-to-hire in the industry. The competition was organized in three selection rounds, as a result of which the company’s management got to know five equally qualified candidates.
