About the Client
In 2025, Human Source was entrusted with conducting a comprehensive management assessment project for the State Land Service of Latvia.
The State Land Service employs more than 600 professionals and consists of regional offices and a central administration. The organisation’s mission is to serve as a strategic partner to its clients in the smart management of Latvia’s territory.
Objective and Assessment Process
Human Source was engaged to assess the organisation’s entire management team, ranging from senior executives to team leaders.
Between November 2025 and January 2026, a total of 59 managers were evaluated as part of the project.
