UNLOCK Employee Experience – a Tool for Assessing Employee Satisfaction and Engagement

UNLOCK Employee Experience is an innovative tool for assessing employee experience, job satisfaction, and engagement, helping organizations better understand employee needs and improve the working environment. The tool has been developed in collaboration with experts in human resources and organizational psychology and is based on scientifically validated models, including Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, Hackman and Oldham’s Job Characteristics Model, and Edmondson’s concept of psychological safety.

The UNLOCK Employee Experience survey enables organizations to assess key aspects of employee experience: job satisfaction, empowerment, and organizational microclimate. The study covers elements such as meaningful work, compensation, leadership quality, teamwork, communication, work–life balance, diversity and inclusion, employee loyalty to the organization, and many others. The survey is complemented by the eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) indicator, which measures employees’ willingness to recommend the organization as a good place to work.

The tool operates on the fully digital UNLOCK Tests platform, where the entire survey process—from creation to results analysis—is automated and instantly accessible. The survey can be completed in multiple languages (Latvian, English, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, and Russian) via email or QR code. The platform ensures respondent anonymity, provides automatic benchmarking against national and international averages, and generates personalized recommendations for areas scoring below 70%.

UNLOCK Employee Experience helps organizations reduce employee turnover, improve working conditions, strengthen leadership, and enhance employee engagement, thereby creating the foundation for sustainable growth and higher productivity.

Key features worth highlighting:

The questionnaire can be completed in the respondent’s preferred language, while reports can be generated in any of the six available languages: Latvian, English, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, and Russian.
