  • The number of review stages can be fully customized to suit your needs. For example, goal setting, your chosen number of interim reviews (quarterly, etc.), and year-end follow-up.
  • Each team manager has access to a separate panel where they can view the history of employee questionnaires. If the team manager changes or employees are transferred to other teams, the history is retained. All questionnaires are available to each employee at any time.
  • Authorization in the system is possible with a Microsoft account or a unique link in an email, or a username and password.
