About the client

Our client, SIA “Lofbergs Baltic,” is part of the Swedish family business Löfbergs, one of the largest coffee roasters in the Nordic countries. The company’s turnover in 2023 was EUR 17.98 million. The company’s areas of activity are coffee production, logistics and sales in the Baltics, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Goal

The goal of the recruitment process was to find a logistics specialist who would ensure the management and coordination of the entire logistics process in the Baltics and within the group of companies. The main requirements for candidates were at least 3 years of experience in a logistics specialist position, experience in warehouse inventory control and transport logistics organization, excellent communication and collaboration skills, high accuracy and sense of responsibility, as well as excellent Latvian and good English language skills.

About the recruitment process

Several methods were used to ensure fast and high-quality candidate recruitment. Candidates were actively approached on social networks, in candidate CV databases, and in the Human Source database. As a result, several dozen candidates were approached. The project was completed in a short period of time, and after just 15 days, a job offer was made to the selected candidate. Following the successful completion of the project, the client has continued to work with us on other recruitment projects.
